Description

Aromatic, strawberry jam, ripe berries, with allspice and mocha on the finish. To pair, think curry spice. Since Zinfandel leans on the sweeter side of red wine, it’s a great pairing partner with spiced barbecue dishes and curry.

This kit contains grape skins. Most of red wine’s rich characteristics come from the grape skins. Including grape skins during fermentation enhances the flavour, colour, aroma, body and tannins, resulting in a richer, fuller wine.
