Description
Layers of dark berry fruit, notes of spice and vanilla with plush tannins, dry finish. One pairing rule is that the wine used to make a sauce will almost always be great to drink with the dish; any hearty meat that is pan-roasted with a cabernet sauce will be a big hit.
This kit contains grape skins. Most of red wine’s rich characteristics come from the grape skins. Including grape skins during fermentation enhances the flavour, colour, aroma, body and tannins, resulting in a richer, fuller wine.
