Description

Intense aromas, ripe charry, hints of leather and anise, high acidity and strong tannins. With food, think of regional Italian dishes that include tomato-based sauces, garlic, olives, pizza, and butternut squash. Similarly, try pairing the wine with some parmigiana reggiano or pecorino cheese.

This kit contains grape skins. Most of red wine’s rich characteristics come from the grape skins. Including grape skins during fermentation enhances the flavour, colour, aroma, body and tannins, resulting in a richer, fuller wine.
