Full-bodied, tart cherry, raspberry hint of chocolate, spice and a long lingering finish. Red meats, in the form of stracotto, braised beef and all slow-cooked dishes find their ideal contrast in Amarone.

This kit contains grape skins. Most of red wine’s rich characteristics come from the grape skins. Including grape skins during fermentation enhances the flavour, colour, aroma, body and tannins, resulting in a richer, fuller wine.
